We transform our Reformer machines into mats and focus on matwork principles whilst adding in our props to lift your heartrate and burn calories! This is a full body toning workout that will leave you feeling stronger, leaner, more toned and your booty will be burning! The jump board can sometimes be used for part of this class to amplify your heartrate!
