Our boutique reformer classes are designed to build your core strength, co-ordination, balance, flexibility and muscular endurance.
Reformer Pilates is the perfect way to tone up without adding any muscle bulk. Feel guided throughout every class and trust that all exercises will be tailored for each individuals needs.
Please take into account as we boutique studios we cap our classes Reformer and Core Burn classes at eleven people.
All of our reformer classes have been specifically structured to build your core strength illuminating any present lower back pain along with re-aligning your body to move in its correct way. We focus on toning, lengthening your spine, increasing flexibility and building your athletic endurance and stamina. Our high intensity, full body toning workout that will leave you feeling stronger, leaner and energized.
These classes are perfect to start in the studios and familiarise yourself with the reformer. We run you through the 5 basic principles you need to know about Pilates. Throughout the class, let our instructors guide you through a variety of exercises and make you feel comfortable and condident.
Think ankle weights, hand weights and ab work! Tone up and Shape up in this 45 minute high intensity class! We transform our Reformer machines into mats and focus on matwork principles whilst adding in our props to lift your heartrate and burn calories! This is a full body toning workout that will leave you feeling stronger, leaner, more toned and your booty will be burning! The jump board can sometimes be used for part of this class to amplify your heartrate!
This class is done off the reformer and is a floor based class. We use ankle weights, bands, hand weights, steppers, sliding discs and your own body weight to sweat and tone up your entire body. This is a high cardio matwork class!
Pregnancy Reformer Classes
We allow pregnant clients to participate in normal group REFORMER sessions up until 17 weeks. If you are more than 17 weeks along, you will not be able to join our group REFORMER classes.
